Does anyone know if they provide dishes and flatware with their catering?

They do not. Liz told me she could provide steak knives, but that was it. They also don't do dishes besides scraping them.

We bought our own place settings, so I plan on paying her a little bit more to rinse them good and crate them up so we can take them home and run them through the dishwasher before I sell them to someone else.

Other than that, I have loved working with Liz so far. SHe is prompt with email and the tasting she did at our house was divine!

I bought them on clearance at Target a few weeks ago. I'll be selling them in December. We have 9 dozen plain white porcelain plates. I also found water glasses and wine glasses at the same clearance. I'm buying the flatware this weekend online. The only thing I need are beer glasses, so I'll be watching the sales from now until November!

great - I will start watching, too - I think she wants to go with a white square charger, black square dinner plates and white square salad to play out the black and white theme.  Looks like buying is cheaper than renting....  just need to find the best spots to buy from.

YOu might want to try IKEA. They have some great dishes, at very reasonable prices.

we're using liz and we're either going to get dishes at ikea or possible these disposable ones made out of palm leaves: http://www.verterra.com/. i am so ecstatic to have liz cater our wedding...her food is so fantastic!
