My fiance and I are having a smaller wedding 70-80 guests. We are making it more of a family involved ceremony. My bridesmaid are all in my family as well as his groomsmen are all his friends he's know for 8 years+. Since its going to be pretty small and everyone pretty much knows everyone, and since his mother and my grandmother (who raised me) are both bridesmaids, is it necessary to have ushers? i need your opinion!
