Maybe you could go to an ULTA salon they have like 5 locations in austin. (lakeline, round rock, gateway, brodie ln, and south austin) They charge around $55 for up dos. If you do decide to go there, call and ask for the salon manager and ask who she recomends for up-dos. I favor ULTA because my mom is a dm for them. haha But really they are good.

Laura Rabakon at Hairy Situations. She does weddings and she has been doing it a long time. Very highly recommended!

I used Keep Austin Gorgeous and they did a great job.  The owner can be a little flaky to work with, but I found that true with almost all salons/makeup studios I contacted.

Tanya Steele and Peacock Salon does both hair and make up and she is super reasonable as far as price goes.
