Has anyone used Iced Elangance for their wedding cakes? If so what did you think?

    We did a taste test with the owners of this company and their cake and frosting was fabulous. They have lots of displays as well as current books to look at. We asked to see their work and they showed us 3 books full and wanted to know if we needed to see more. I was sold and we booked with them. They didn't pawn us off on a little 16 year old who knew nothing and they didn't sit us in a corner to work us into their schedule. They gave us first class service. They also just did my sister's cake and it was a "to die for cake" so my better half to be informed me. :)
