I know this subject has been brought up a lot lately, but I thought I would let you know how my experience went. I went in this morning at 9 (which is what time they open) at Shephards Mall, I waited probably 15 min. And everything else took about 5 min. So me experience was GREAT! I looked it up yesterday just to find out where it was and it says that the busiest days are Mondays, the last day of the month, and the first day of the month. And all I needed was a copy of the marriage license and passport (or ID). Hope that helps some of you!
