Newly Engaged!

Hello All, I wanted to introduce myself to everyone.  I'm Rachael and I just got engaged on July 10th, and am finally getting around to figuring out The Knot.  I'm new to all this, so ANY info anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated!A little about our wedding:We are not very far into our wedding planning, but know we want to get married sometime next fall in an outdoor venue in the OKC metro area.  We have picked our attendants and my Matron of Honor is hosting an engagement party next month for us.  Besides that, we have registered (which was awesome!), and that is all we have done wedding related so far.  Our next big challenges are picking a venue, setting the date, booking a photographer, and decide on wedding colors.  The wedding colors should be interesting b/c the bride and groom do not agree on colors…at…all…That about all I know for now.  I look forward to chatting with everyone as I make my way through this adventure!~Rach

    uumm... Thanks for letting me know about the age.  I don't even remember entering that.  I'm still trying to figure this whole thing out.  I will see about fixing it.  Definitely not 15!.  I'm 25.  :)Thanks for the head up and the warm welcomes!~Rach

    Hello and welcome! I recently went to a wedding at the Harn Homestead. It was a great venue but too hot for the summertime. I was just thinking it would be perfect for a fall wedding! You should check it out! Good luck on your planning!

    Hi Laddies,I have updated my Bio and added to it.  Last night when I selected my year of birth, I had already taken my contacts out and misread 1993 for 1983.  oops!!  I have also added some more content I did not realize was available for edding before.Enjoy!Can anyone tell me how to get the cute countdowns in your signatures?~Rach
