Looking for wedding planner

I've only met with one wedding planner and I'm already feeling discouraged All I need is a "day of" coordinator and perferably one that doesn't cost $2000!!! Suggestions are appreciated..

Where is your wedding at? I know a couple ladies who dont have an official business per say but they have done a lot of wedding and party coordianating for friends and family and are wonderful, they just already have full time jobs and do this as a hobby. PM me and Ill get you their info.

I used Marlene Beery as a DOC.
She came in like 2 weeks before my wedding..and honestly she was a life saver and so glad I used her. She actually works for Walnut Creek Chapel but does some work on the side. She wasnt crazy expensive either.

Wedding Day ONLY  $1750
Includes the following:

2 appointments with the planner
Confirm vendors week of wedding
Coordinate rehearsal and accompanying details
Coordinate and take care of all ceremony details
Coordinate and take care of all reception details
