    I did, thanks.  Honestly, I probably will go with whatever the cheapest possible option is as I keep looking since I really only need someone to handle the reception setup and not even a full day coordinator.

    Try silverwood events. They are 500 for day of. Tell them what you need. They may be able to work something out!
