Tulsa People magazine's June issue features their annual "A-List" of businesses voted on by thousands of readers. While it's not wedding-focused, there are categories for caterers, photographers, restaurants, bed & breakfasts, etc. The mag is free at many locations (restaurants, dr. offices, etc.) around town. I can't recommend any of the vendors personally, but this might be a good place to start!
