DJ cost

Hey girls,
How much did you pay for a DJ and how long was the reception. I'm trying to gauge what a fair price is for a DJ. Can anyone help??

We are using DJ Connections and paid $600. That's for as long as we want them which will be about 5 hrs in our case.

we haven't booked yet but we are also probably using DJ Connection and it'll cost us $700 for two venues and unlimited time

We paid $400 for 4 hours.  We used Chris Hale from Dance Party Productions

We are using M&M and are paying 795 for an hour for the ceremony, sound system for downstairs for toasts and dinner music and 4 hours for the reception.

We used Luke with Absolute DJ.  He was $400 for unlimited time.  He will do the ceremony and reception
