Confusion on tipping florist/traveling stylist.

I just read that you do not have to tip a hairstylist/makeup artist if they come to you? Is that true?? What did you do?

What about florist's? I am almost 100% sure my total fee, included setup and delivery charges.

I didn't have a florist, but I definitely tipped the hair stylist/MUA that came to me as well as her assistant.
