All I'm getting for our readers is a little flower corsage type thing for the day of the wedding.  Although, come to think of it that cost us $15-25...

I just emailed it too you...It's easy to do, the biggest pain is taken all the rhindes off the lemons b/c you want to make sure you don't have any of the white part or it makes it bitter Good Luck

Sure it's pretty easy and SOOO yummy :)You need 16 LARGE lemons, we couldn't find large ones so we used 30 small.  You need to get the rhindes off of them which is just the yellow part but you want to make sure there is NO white skin or it makes it bitter, we used potato peeler but they have lemon zesters that work too.Once you get the rhindes you put them in a large glass container that can be sealed shut (I got a decorative container with a sealed lid from walmart)...Your going to put the rhindes and a 1.75ml jug of grain alchohol (the big jug of) in the container.  Grain alchohol is Everclear.  Seal it up and store it in a dark place for 2 weeks (a closet or cabinet works)  After two weeks take it our and strain out all of the rhindes so your left with just a yellow tinted alcohol, make sure you get out all the rhindes (it will be VERY strong)In a pot your going to boil 5 cups of water, once it boils add 5 cups of sugar and wait till in dissolves, once it does remove it from the heat and let it cool completely.Combine the sugar/water mixture with the alcohol, bottle and freeze.  Limoncello is always served right from the freezer so you'll need to keep it in there until it's used.Once you make it you can decide if you want it a little stronger or less strong.  If you want it less strong just make a little more of the sugar/water mix.Let me know if you have any other questions....you can email me at nygirl07@yahoo.com
