opinions and info needed

Hi everyone,I could really use some input.  My daughter is engaged and would like to get married in August of 2010.  She likes both Pine Hill Golf Club and Scotland Run.  She and her fiance want a very casual wedding followed by a brunch.  All the decisions are strictly up to them but I thought  maybe someone might have info on these venues.  I would like to pass this on to her so that she can make a decision. Thanks!Terry

I looked at those two places also!!!  We decided on Scotland Run, and have been SO happy with our decision.  We are getting married on October 17, 2009.  The ceremony area at Scotland Run is beautiful!!  I wish I could have used it but we are having a church wedding.Kelly and JoAnn have been so helpful for planning.  We also LOVED the food at the tasting. It was a tough decision, but overall we had a few good recs for scotland run, and it felt really polished whenever we met with them.If you or she have any specific questions, I'm happy to help!

I was in a wedding at Pine Hill and we held our rehearsal dinner there this past June.  Sharon and Danielle were wonderful to work with.  The room is beautiful and it has an amazing view, you can see the Philadelphia skyline (The Golf Course is located on the highest elevation in S.Jersey)  The food was delicious! We have had dinner at the Pub there a few times also and have been very happy each time.  We have not been to Brunch there but we've been meaning to go, I hear they have a GREAT brunch!  Happy Planning!

I have to second the decision on Scotland Run.  Having reception there in November.  Joanne and Kelly are awesome. If your daughter chose it, she would not be disappointed.  GL.

I love both! I used to work at pine hill golf club in my college days and i am in a wedding upcoming there in october. they are very accomodating and the views are breath-taking. you can see the philadelphia skyline which is a plus! both are great choices, i feel that the service at pine hill is slightly better. sharon, karen, and danielle have been there since it opened so they have a special attachment for the place that shows!! hth
