I remember you saying that you purchased your dress from The Bridal Garden in Marlton.  I just saw a posting on here saying that you were getting it altered at another place.  Is there any reason why you aren't getting it altered there? Just curious....like you said our dress can be a bit tricky to alter so I'm a little nervous.  Keep me posted on how your fitting goes.  Thanks!

I'm not getting it altered there b/c they charge ALOT...they told me alterations start at $250 and that's just a start.  Most people I know who have went there have spent well over that...Their alterations department looked great but I just didn't want to spend that much...if my dress was beaded alot or something extreme I might have but I really only need a bustle, cups put in and it taken in on the sides. If you decide to go there I"ve never heard a bad thing about their alterations...It really comes down to how much you want to spend

I will definetly let you know how alterations go...The alterations on the gown shouldn't but that hard as long as the seamstress keeps with the shape of the dress
