Hey girls...I got married on Saturday. I know during my planning I got a lot of ideas here through lurking on here so I wanted to give some reviews to help anyone still planning.Reception- The Mansion on Main Street- B They were easy to work with during the planning process. When we first arrived there was a lot of confusion and hustling around. The site DOC working with us was a little rude to us while taking photographs which I did not appreciate. The actual reception went off without a hitch and the guests said that the staff was very attentive and no one had to wait very long for anything they requested. At one point, they even made a beer run because my cousin liked something they didn't have.Photographer- Marc Anthony - A+I know he gets a lot of negative attention on here but I honestly think he was one of the best choices I made. He was so easy to work with and his personality was fantastic. My DH hates taking pictures and even he loved Marc and commented how easy it was to work with him. Marc even had my family laughing all day long. Videographer- Martin's A+ Jared was our guy. He was unobtrusive and we barely noticed him all day. He only grabbed us once to do our goodbye shot and the rest of the time I totally forgot about him which is exactly what I wanted.Florist- Grove Florist A+ Sue was amazing and dealt with my last minute changes without a hesitation. Her prices couldn't be beat either. I loved my flowers and the girls as well. Dj- DJ's Available Terry O'Sullivan- A+++ FANTASTIC. he played everything we requested when we met with him before hand. The dance floor was packed the entire night. He mixed the old stuff with the new and there was always something for everyone. He accommodated all of my guests requests as well. If you are looking for a DJ, get Terry. Limo- An Affair to Remember A+ - Our driver was Schmitty. He showed up 45 minutes early. He brought my mother and I roses. He was so nice to everyone the whole day. Towards the end of my ceremony, my DH stepped on my train . Since was train was detachable, the strings ripped and the train started to fall on one side. Schmitty came over to me after walking out of the ceremony and pinned the train back on. During pictures in the church, he was there fluffing the train and making sure it looked perfect. He picked us back up at the end of the night and he packed the limo with all of our stuff ( cake, bags etc) and even carried them into our house when we arrive home. He went above and beyond my highest expectations. Dress- Bridal Manor- A+ My dress came in early, alterations were a breeze. My dress was steamed and pressed a week before the wedding and look perfect. Bridesmaid Dresses- Lily's Bridal A The dresses were beautiful and came in on time but the staff was rude. Tuxes- Men's Wearhouse Deptford ( next to BBB) A+ the guys looked great and everything was ready earlier than we were told. No problems at all. Invitations & Favors- Joanne's Invites- A+ She was so easy to work with. Everything was in early and perfect. I had a perfect day and hope that this can help some of you still planning!
