Ken stillman payment?

How did those using him make their payments?  I figured I could call but I know he's tough to get a hold of....I think last time I paid through a paypal acct.If you did over the phone payments did it take forever to get a hold of him?

    Sorry I cant be of much help, we gave him our final payment the day of the wedding.

    I'm assuming he's not that picky them....It says on the contract that payments are due 3 months before and 30 days before

    he sent us an email before the 3 month mark as a reminder. I just sent in the check, and gave him the remainder the day of.

    We used KSV for our July 2008 wedding, and while he was easy to get a hold of during the hiring, planning, and payment process (we also made our deposit, then paid in full the day of the wedding), we have still not recieved our wedding video and I last heard from him on August 10th. While I still remain pleased with his staff the day of our wedding (they were awesome, were very professional and nice, were great with the little kids at our wedding, and were very unobtrusive!) and with our BIG video (everyone LOVELOVELOVED it!), I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the fact that we have not recieved our video and have trouble getting a hold of him. That said, if he can't even get it together enough to collect payments, I should not be shocked.
