Karen Capcino?

Hi girls,So, I had my trial hair and makeup yesterday and I didn't love it.  Now I am mildly freaking out because my wedding is 6 weeks away and I don't know who I should use.  I know a lot of you use and love Karen Capcino, does anyone have pics of their hair when it was done by her?  Bunchy, I saw yours and it looks great but I have long hair that I want to wear down in the back so I am looking for pictures of long hair that she curled.  If anyone has any pictures or recommendations for me I would really really appreciate it.  Like I said, I am slightly freaked out, I dreamed about it all night last night!!

I don't have any pics of long hair, mine is medium length. But, I know Karen told me when she did my trial that it was a loose trial run. I'm wearing mine half up with wavy curls and she said the day of she would put me in pin curls and then do everyone elses hair and makeup while I sit and get curly (and hairsprayed). She said that pin curls hold up better and have a more natural look than curling iron curls. So you could ask her if that would work for your hair as well.GL!!

Thanks Angel.  I am doing half up half down also and the curls in the back from my trial yesterday were done w a curling iron (didn't say anything about pin curls but that extra hold for the day is what I am looking for) and did not hold long at all.  I think I need to get someone who is used to doing wedding hair.  Karen does makeup as well, right?

Thank you for the picture!  Your makeup really looks awesome and your curls look much better than mine did.  I actually just called Karen (after I had a crying fit on the phone with my mother!)  and she is available on my wedding day.  I am going to try to get a trial with her asap.  She really has reasonable prices.

Hey,I am using Karen.  I heard such great things about her that I went ahead and booked her wayyy early.  I loved that she will travel to me at no cost, and I don't need a min # of girls, like some do.  And I have heard a few people say that if they weren't thrilled with their trials, she would do another for free til they were happy.  Glad she's available for your date.

Trying paging JohnNDeanna on the SJ Nest. She used Karen and had her hair down and curled and it was GORGEOUS! I'm sure she could send you some pictures

Lmparlett, I am glad she is available on my date too!!  I am going to call and schedule a trial with her, I will let you know how it goes. Bunchy, thanks for the info about JohnNDeanna, I paged her on sj nest board.

I used Karen for my wedding last month and I loved her! For my trial she put in a lot of pins but on the actual day of she only had to use a few because she set the curls. My hair was half up and curly in the back - if you'd like to see pics, email me at tararara8217@hotmail.com
