Experiences at the Abbie Holmes Estate??

Hi I was just wondering if anyone has had any good/bad experiences at the Abbie Holmes Estate in Clermont right outside Avalon. I haven't had a chance to go check it out in person.

Any opinions on the food/space/price/staff etc?

    I looked at this venue for my 2008 wedding and LOVED it.
    Like many many places down the shore, it only held 180 max and that was pushing it. 
    We had over 200 guests so that ruled it out.
    I loved its charm of the estate home and then they have a big ballroom that has been added on for the reception.  I hear the food is really good its catered by Xenia catering and its a BYOB.  The owners also own Sunset Bay in Wildwood. Prices were reasonable,
    Definetly worth checking out it if you are looking for a charming, unique venue.
