Dinner Menu Cards

Ok can't make up my mind. We are having dinner stations that will be open for 2 hours after introduction ( not a buffet or sitdown dinner). So I am going to print out Dinner Station cards so everyone knows what is up being served at the stations without walking around the whole place first. My question is do I make one per place setting  (3"x5") or two per table (5.5"x8.5")....

Also do you think its cheesy to note the location of each station- since they are spread around the ballroom? We are going for a cocktail reception feel but with lots of food!

If you have the time, I would do one per person.  As for noting the location, I think its a good idea.  If its going to be all over, it will make things easier on your guests.  They can find the food fast, therefore eat faster, and party more !
