Sad News for Seaview Brides

It was officially purchased from Stockton.  We are getting married there on October 30th and I am totally hoping the hotel is not a college dorm room by then. They are saying next year but who knows!! UGHH

I am so sad for Seaview it is going to be totally ruined!!  Im keeping my fingers crossed that my wedding is what i have always dreamed of...heres to hoping!

I heard the news of Seaview as well. I am getting married there this year. Although, I have all the confidence in the world in my venue. The girls working there have done everything in their power to reasure me that my wedding will be pefect and I can't thank them enough. I am so excited for my wedding and I am not the least bit upset over the new ownership. Hotels change ownership all the time and this ownership seems to be a little higher publisized due to the college. The college will help in renewing the hotel and making it better for future business and brides and im my opinion I am super excited about this. I think you should really stop worrying so much about this change. You are going to ruin your wedding day by stressing over something silly. Wedding planning is a happy time. Sit back and enjoy it!

I also know of the Seaview's sale.  I have been admiring this resort since I was a little girl and I am so excited.  I am not getting married there till next year and I am completely confident that all will be fine.  As always I was skeptical but, as my father puts it they will not ruin your day and he should know what that is like he has been through something like this similar situation with his job.  Sometimes owners change, this does not mean quality changes he said.  I believe him and I believe Seaview will step it up for all of us.  So I am sorry campergrlsugar you feel so worried but I have met Jessica my wedding coordinator and she was so fantastic.  I think she is getting married there as well before me though, and I figure if she can have her wedding there and feel good about it so can I.  I wish you luck but I am a firm believer that negative feeds negative and that bad vibes and worries before your day will make you hate it even more.  So think positive and I am sure all will be great.  I am sure they will come through for you....Congrats on your wedding and I hope to see that your wedding was a total hit....
