Formal Invites Delivery

Is it proper wedding etiquette to hand deliver formal wedding invites to my co-workers who will be guests at my wedding as oppose to delivering them via mail.

    I would think is ok to hand deliver the invites. IMO I would mail them cause you don't want to offend any other co-workers that were not invited.
