My fiance and I will be dancing to the acoustic version of Drive by Incubus. It has always been "our" song and to this day-9 years later, I still think of him when I hear it : )

Kelly, I love that song!  FI and I will be dancing to "If I Ain't Got You" by Alicia Keys and we're having it choreographed.  Even though the words aren't grammatically correct (LOL), the song's meaning is beautiful.

We will be dancing to Then by Brad Paisley.  We just really love the song, the lyrics says it all, and we've had two other songs by him that reminded us of each other.

I *think* will be dancing to Just Breathe by Pearl Jam, FI and I are big Pearl Jam fans, and they released their first *love song* on their recent album.  I think Eddie wrote it for us, for our wedding...

Lucky by Jason Mraz and Colbie Callait (not I'm Yours).  We downloaded Jason Mraz' new album and were listening to it in the house and the line - Lucky I'm in Love with My Best Friend came on and we looked at each other and said - that's our song!

I REALLY love that song and I wanted it to be our wedding song because the words are so pretty but my fiance thought it was best to just stick to Drive. Great choice of song and I'm glad you lie the topic Shaki!

I don't really post on here but I just saw this, we're dancing to PJ too b/c we're huge fans as well.  We decided on using one of their cover songs before we heard Backspacer.  This is a beautiful song and we thought about it but we were concerned that non PJ fans would take a different understanding of the lyrics. 

Good choice! Absolutely beautiful!  :-)

I like both singers, but I never knew what the lyrics were because they are in Spanish!  FI translated some of it for me, and he likes the song too, so we're just going with it.  We don't really have a song, even though we've been together forever, so we just wanted something special and not overly sappy.

We're dancing to "The Luckiest" by Ben Folds. We're both Ben Folds fans and one day, while getting ready to go out, it came on my iPod and I immediately started crying. I'm so excited.

We're using their cover of Harvest Moon :-)  It was the only romantic song we could find of theirs at the time.  We knew we had to have something from PJ

Won't make it...we're going to Disney in May.   We saw them in Chicago and 3 nights at the Spectrum last year though...all awesome shows.  I still have some hope that they'll add a Philly show this spring.  NYC is too expensive b/c we'll have to stay over...the costs would just add up.

I think we are using "All About Loving You" by Bon Jovi.  We are huge Bon Jovi fans and were trying to find an appropriate song (a lot of the lyrics for some of their love songs just didn't seem to work if you actually read them).

Gabby--We are also dancing to "You & Me" by DMB.  FI and I were struggling to find a song we both liked since we have very different tastes in music.  I knew the first time I heard it that it would be the perfect song for our first dance!  I've always loved DMB.

It had to be an Irish song, so we're dancing to "Love you Til the End" by the Pogues because it's the only Irish song we know of that doesn't end with them parting or dying haha!
