caterer recommendations

Okay- so I decided to change the way I am going about things.  I have posted a few times asking about unusual reception spaces and have done A LOT of research online, but haven't gotten very far.  So, I am now going to contact caterers and have them make recommendations.  Do you think this is a good idea?

If so, who is everyone using?

    Summit catering is decent and cheap...not high end at all but you migh tbe able to have them find something a little different for you sinc ethey are caterers first and foremost and cater out of locations (they have none of their own). If you go on their website you can see a bunch of places that they cater on a regular basis. Plus they can go to whatever other site you choose, with permission. Good luck.
