I love them and want to book them. The problem is price. Our budget for a DJ is $2000. I know that we'd be able to book some DJ companies but, CSE is my favourite.
Has anybody booked them? What was the general price range?

    We booked them for just about half that price - did you get a quote from them that was over $2k???  Unless your wedding is NYE, there's NO WAY CSE should be anywhere near the top end of your budget.

    We booked them a few months ago. We haggled a little bit with them. We told them some of the other quotes we got from other companies and explained that we have a budget to work with. They were able to matched a quote we got from another company. Book them there is no way they are $2k!

    Thanks ladies. I met with them over a year ago and they gave me a price but, for the life of me, I couldn't remember what it was. I spoke with Shawn today and we'll meet with him in February since we're not booking any more vendors until the new year.

    We booked them--Sean, in fact--at $900 for our ceremony and reception.  But since they're a preferred vendor at our venue (Auletto's), they don't charge for the ceremony.  Good luck!
