Venues for a Luau Wedding Celebration??

Does anybody have any ideas for a venue that would be good for a luau themed wedding celebration? We're eloping to Hawaii in April 2013 and want to celebrate with everyone when we come back with a luau. I don't want to overwhelm friends with backyards with the responsibility of hosting our party.

I'm in the Gloucester County area but have friends in Cumberland and Atlantic Counties that would be attending.

Thanks for any and all advice!!
