New to the SJ Knottie Board

Hi Ladies,

I just wanted to say hello....I am new to the whole board posting thing.  I thought it would be fun to exchange ideas and even possibly find a few knottie friends.  I live in the Camden County area, but planning a wedding in the Ocean County area. My wedding will be May 29, 2011 wedding.  

Anyone else planning in or around that date or area?

    well i live in burlington county but im getting married in Atlantic County. the ladies here are great and very helpful....

    Where are you getting married?? Cant wait to hear all of your details...Im gettng married in just 54 days...and totally cant wait...

    I have also started a group on facebook called south jersey knotties.  Feel free to join there also....

    Hi!!!!
          I am soo excited about my wedding.   The ceremony is being held at The Historic Allaire Village Chapel in Wall Township and the reception will be at Eagle Ridge Golf Club in Lakewood, NJ. 

    As for the planning, everything is going pretty well.  We have all the major items checked off our list (ie church, venue, photographer, dj).   We have an appointment with the florist in October.  

    I am very much a diy bride, and have tried doing alot of the details on my own.  

    My chosen colors are pink with a hint of light green.   I LOVE flowers, so alot of our planning is based around that...with our wedding being in May, its been pretty easy with so many floral options.

    I just requested to join the Facebook page...however, there were two pages...don't know which one was yours...joined both.

    Welcome and congratulations! I also live in Camden County - and I am a total DIY bride too! Made my invites, ring bearer pillow, flower girl basket and I am going to be make my own centerpieces. Your colors are so pretty too - perfect for spring!
    Good luck and be sure to let us know if you need help or advice with anything. The ladies on here rock and have helped me a great deal!
