Coventry Crossing Florist

Hi!
I was married on September 17, 2011 and received very poor customer service from Coventry Crossing Florist, and its owner Nancy.  Short version of the story is our flowers were wilted upon arrival, as well as many other thing done poorly.  I had given the business 2 1/2 to address our issues privately, which she has failed to do.  I am now just trying to prevent other brides from having to deal with the same situation.

The pictures on her website look great, and Nancy is seemingly very nice, but once she had our money was not as nice.  If you are considering using this florist, or had a bad experience with her yourself, I have started a facebook group  "Don't Use Coventry Crossing Florist".  There you can see for yourself what our flowers actually looked like minutes after arrival.

I am not in the bridal industry etc, I just don't want anyone else to waste their money.
