Try Paris Catering, Shannon's Country House, or Lakeview in Gibbsboro. I had to really bargain shop too, because we had TWO receptions... one here and one in AZ.

Villari's Lakeside is the cheapest one that I've seen, and it's nice too, but on the smaller side.

Summit Catering has some inexpensive packages.  Also try Nicholosi in Woodbury--I have seen specials there for $55pp including open bar.  I have heard Masso's is also on the less expensive side.
We had our reception at Fontana's in Maple Shade--pics in bio.  They have different package prices but I believe their cheapest starts at $65pp including centerpieces, open bar, cake, and linens.  The food is delicious because they are an Italian restaurant.  Our guests could not say enough good things about the food!

The Noyes Museum! We rented the whole place for $700. It's gorgeous.

I agree Summit Catering has a lot of different places they work with and different budgets. I also have a friend who is planning her wedding at The Bradford Estate and they seem to be reasonable. When we were looking The Castle in Delran and Brigalias was very reasonable. It also depends on the time of year and the day she wants to get married. Friday or a Sunday afternoon in the winter or middle of summer tend to be cheaper.
