Help - Sold condo, bought a house, deal on condo fell through!

Hi Ladies,

 My husband and I sold our condo, and are buying a new house.  The only problem is the deal fell through the sale of the condo now.  We are stuck with both!  We are looking for someone to rent the condo, or buy it.  We have it listed on the MLS for $130,000 and would rent is for $1100.  It is great condition, located in Mt. Laurel, new carpets, new kitchen, new floors, new stainless appliances, plus the unit backs up to a garden common area with a pond, very pretty and quiet.

    did you not sign a contingency contract on your new house purchase??  that contract should state that the purchase is contingent on you selling your condo...just a thought

    No.  we didn't sign as a contingency, because we can "afford" to own both and pay both mortgages...but really don't want to, for obvious reasons.  I just want to find a renter asap.  If you know anyone, please let me know.
