Rent Beach House - Reception

My fiance and I would LOVE to rent a beach house for our wedding/reception.  We will have about 125 people.  We need an outdoor area for tent/dance floor.  We are open to shore towns, Ocean City, Margate, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Sea Isle, etc.

Anyone have any suggestions?  Have you rented/know of one that would fit this qualification?

    I'm sorry I don't have any suggestions but I just wanted to say that I love that idea. Although I am sure if it's down the shore you may need permits for something like that.

    Off the top of my head I do not know of specific "beach houses", but the Womens Civic Club in Stone Harbor is right on the beach on 96th Street, and you can tent the back of the facility facing the dunes. Otherwise, start calling realtors down there, tell them what you want to do and they may have suggestions. If you need some realtors names I have a bunch I know and work with down there (especially Avalon and Stone Harbor. ) PM me and Ill send them to you. OR look onshore rental websites ...? It may take some research but I'm sure there is something out there.

    I did come across the Women's Civic Club in Stone Harbor which is a nice option.  I have been scouring realtor/vacation rental websites like crazy.  I'm hoping to find the perfect "house" otherwise I think the Civic Club it will be :)  Thanks again!

    Just out of curiousity, what's the rental fee for the civic club? and do they have preferred vendors?
