Hors D'ouvres Only Reception

My fiance and I are getting married on December 1st of this year.  Our reception is planned for 3pm to 8pm.  We would like to have finger foods served from 4 to 7.  Can anyone recommend a good (and reasonably priced) caterer for this type of reception in the South Jersey area (zip code 08086)?  Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

    Have you thought about Mastoris? I know its a diner, but I used to cater for them when I was in college and they can turn out some pretty phenomenal apps. The shrimp are the size of toy race cars (at least they were 4+ years ago) and they have full service cook trucks if you have a unique venue that doesn't have a kitchen.

    I've used them for a few house parties and picnics since and the servers were great (bias) + they have a liquor license and work within your budget. I found this website for them but I think you can customize menus from what I remember...
