Jersey shore wedding at rented home on the beach?

Hello all, has anyone heard of a wedding on the beach at a rented home?  Wondering if it would be possible to rent a large beach house on the water and then set up a tent in the "backyard" for a reception for 75 people.  Thoughts?

    There was a bride on here who was doing that.  I believe she rented in Stone Harbor, but was on the bay, not the ocean.  If you scan back through the pages, you may find her post about it.
