Need help with ideas for parent gifts

Hey girls,

I am stumped on gifts for the parents, aside from the hankie I am getting them. Any ideas? I want to do something nice b/c my parents are paying for the reception, and his are covering the rehearsal dinner and flowers....any suggstions are appreciated! Thanks

    It depends on what you are able to spend. We are trying to do something really nice for our families since this wedding would not have been possible without all of them.
    Here is my break down

    Dad: Paying for his hotel room the night of our wedding
    -Spirit of Philadelphia Fireworks Dinner cruise and overnight stay in Philly

    Mom: Paying for her hotel room the night of our wedding, hair and makeup
    -Gift certificate to the Spirit of Philadelphia

    FI Parent's: 2 VIP Phillies tickets and gift certificate to one of their favorite restaurants

    We are also giving our parents, parent albums at Christmas.

    I bought handkerchiefs for the moms.  We're planning to just give our parents a nice, sincere thank you at the rehearsal and give them their real gifts later.  We're going to design albums for them, so the album obviously wont be available until after the wedding.

    We paid for our parents' parent albums from our photographer and gave them gift cards to places they like
