Merion Cake Tasting today

I had my cake tasting today. 
How amazing is Diane, the pastry chef at the Merion??  Seriously, she rocks. 
5 tiers of amazingness is what our cake will be...
and we're going with two flavors
Vanilla cake, raspberry jam and almond buttercream (almost died and went to heaven
Chocolate cake with Peanut butter buttercream - WOW

I'll be posting a blog about the experience soon.. I have 4 draft posts that I need to finish first! Yikes ...

    Congratulations!!  The Merion's fabulous and you'll have a phenomenal reception there :)  The almond butter cream sounds too delicious for words.

    That sounds delicious!  We're doing our dinner tasting on Thursday, so I am super excited about that!

    I am looking forward to the cake tasting though, that sounds amazing!
