I am just giddy besides myself this morning. The Ombudsman of H's ship posted a picture of H doing his job. Even though it wasn't a close up and you can't really see his face at all... (except his foreheard/hairline/nose). it is the small things that make me happy!

This week promises to be a quick one... 2 days.... off for the 4th...Then two more days of work.... WEEKEND! Then I move into my new apartment, which I am very excited to do. I get to see a boat load of family this weekend so I hope it is a good one. The only thing I am not looking forward to is seeing the extended family.

What are you doing this week? Any special plans for the 4th? Anything you want to complain about? Anything you want to gush about?

My sister found out H and I don't approve of her boyfriend and she found. We got in a huge fight so no plans anymore for the 4th. I really wanted to make a flag cake like you see on pinterest : I may make it for just H and me lol

Oh my gooodddnnneeessss....

I've been a bit more of a bitchy person than normal, maybe it's because I haven't gotten much sleep for the past 4 nights. It BLOWS.

I have to say that I'm actually looking forward to this weekend, and actually glad for my summer class to start up. Pre-cal should be enough to keep me occupied in the mornings and maybe I'll even get another job. *fingers crossed* just so I can save as much money as possible...my mind is already crossing to elopement (is that such a bad thing already? :P) just so I don't have everyone's opinions ringing in my head and their disapproval if I don't follow them. gaaaahhhhhhh!!! I just want to start school already so I don't have to be around the house as much.

My only plans right now are making potato salad. I love it, and I have an awesome recipe, but I rarely make it because it's one of those things that has to be eaten pretty quickly. I'm going to scale it down and make it for FI and I. 

I also get to pick up my wedding band this week! I'm excited, it took us forever to find a jeweler who would work on it (it's an antique and a family heirloom), but we found this little family jewelry store and they just called and said it was ready.

Hi hi! I'm happy it's July! Time needs to keep moving fast. 

Amanda: That's great you got to see a picture of him. I never get to see pictures of H since his job is confidential... 

I'm super giddy right now since I just picked up our OpLove products and picture collage from the studios and they turned out great! This afternoon, my sister and I are planning on seeing Ted and maybe hanging out by the pool. She's leaving at the end of the week to stay with our other sister so sister bonding is in order for the rest of the week! My fanily will be coming in later in the week too, grandparents and sister's family on Thursday and my parents are flying over on Friday! I can't wait to see them, they'll all be here over the weekend.

ugh, I have a complaint now....To make my day even better...the AC in the car has gone out. It just went berserk and won't do anything but blow air...and not even cool air....just no matter what it won't turn off, even in the off position. FML.

The bright side is I have an extended warranty on it. Thank God for that. Still it's no fun driving around in the heat like this.
