HELP!! I NEED AN OFFICIANT - SUGGESTIONS??

I called a couple of people but they are either too crazy or too boring. I want someone fun but i want them to keep it short and sweet.  I would prefer a priest but the only one I saw was already booked :-(

Any one have any recommendations?
