So today was night-and-day compared to yesterday! The service at the two places we went was excellent. We had an appointment this morning at a fourth store on the same street as all the stores we went to yesterday. Much nicer service, and I tried on an Enzoani dress that I had been admiring online. Beautiful! It was massively poofy, so I knew I'd have to take out a lot of layers, but it was gorgeous. And it was out of the budget, but my Mom said not to worry about it.
So we left that store thinking that might be the dress. After posting the pictures yesterday, I thought about it - and while I felt beautiful in that dress, the pictures did make me look short with the trumpet style skirt. And I don't want to regret my pictures! This Enzoani dress was MUCH more flattering!

We then decided to do one more store. I had checked Yelp, and it was the highest reviewed bridal salon within 100 miles, so I called and they could squeeze me in at 2pm. We grabbed lunch and drove over.
It was incredible! Such nice service, friendly, absolutely GORGEOUS dresses! We tried on 5 dresses, loved each one, and re-tried the same Enzoani dress. And then they pulled out a Pronovias dress that was very similar to Enzoani but a little less poofy and a shorter train. As soon as I put it on and stepped in front of the mirror, I burst into tears. It just welled up inside of me like a fountain - totally unexpected! I did NOT think I'd be crying, but there it was. And my Mom started sobbing and babbling about her baby girl, and that was it. We bought it and the veil, and they gave us a fantastic deal. And it was MUCH less than the Enzoani dress, but even better! It wasn't as poofy and the train was chapel instead of cathedral length.
MY DRESS: Pronovias "Planeta"
Lace bodice that trickles into a tulle skirt, chapel length. The veil is a mantilla, same lace, cathedral length. It's STUNNING!
