Picture clothing help help

Fi and I are going to go get pictures done.

I bought 2 new cardigans and 4 new tank tops.

I bought the tank tops in purple, green, rust and gray. and the 2 cardigans are black.

I'm planning on wearing light jeans and black heels and black flats.

Which tank should I wear?

And can you give me ideas of what FI should wear?

I'm a huge fan of rust myself... But you may want to go with the purple or the green so that you can use them in your wedding later on if you so choose (since you are doing peacock stuff, no? )

Just have fi in a nice black button down and dark wash jeans. Either that or a button down in a darker shade of which ever color you choose.

Polos are ok. We did him in a button down with a nice black t underneath so that we could have a more dressed up look that switched easily to a casual.

I think greys and blacks are safe, but you may want a pop of color.. That's my only suggestion.
I'm a BIG fan of greys and black so I tried hard to steer away from that for our pictures, but of course those colors are very flattering so you can't go wrong.

You're giving pictures of yourselves as gifts?

If you don't want them to be "Christmasy", go with the grey tank.  If I may say, darker jeans are way more chic.  More flattering & definitely more dressy.. if that's the look you're going for.

I'm sure that sounds very in to ourselves but I promise it isn't. I'll explain. <div>
</div><div>I am my mother's only child and my grandparents only grandchild. every year at christmas (my birthday is the week before) My grandparents got a picture of me. They always knew they were getting it but they were always surprised. They haven't gotten a picture since my senior pictures. So they are getting one of me and FI.</div><div>
    </div><div>
</div><div>Yay! Shopping. Thanks for the tip. </div>
