Best thing about being a Military Wife, GF, FI, SO? The reunions..and the presents from far away places!!

Worst thing, other than distance? How the military doesn't ask my opinon about where we PCS.

Best thing to entertain yourself on a long ass car trip? Audiobooks, My Kindle, Benadryl to knock my ass out.

Worst Baby Name? Moroccan.. Seriously!? Just because you're a celebrity doesn't mean you should make an ass of yourself by naming your kid something ridiculous. What if that kid just wants to be a CPA? Do you think anyone will take him seriously with thier finances with a name like that? End Rant.

What's the most exciting thing about being the age that you are/will be on your next birthday? 2 months later I'll be marrying my best friend. Other than that, 23 isn't very exciting!

Rescue or Designer pet? Rescue! All three of my labs are rescues, and when FI and I get married we want to get a pitbull. I would love a french bulldog, too.

Most embarassing thing you've done in front of your SO? Too many too name. I think falling down the stairs in my gown & heels before the Marine Corps Ball was one of the worst, though. 

Best thing about being a Military Wife, GF, FI, SO? Knowing that my Fi is doing something so amazing and so difficult. I also love the reunions after he's been gone.

Worst thing, other than distance? Never knowing anything until the last minute! It makes planning very hard.

Best thing to entertain yourself on a long ass car trip? As long as you're with someone you have fun with you'll have fun. FI likes to sing to Taylor Swift and Katy Perry on long car trips, so that's super entertaining!

Rescue or Designer pet? Well we have a designer I  guess since he is a breed and not a rescue.  I think it's amazing when people rescue pets, and we have looked into different rescue organizations for our second dog.

Most embarassing thing you've done in front of your SO? Fell snowboarding and broke my wrist, needing surgery

Worst thing, other than distance? Not being able to control when you move or necessarily where.

Worst baby name ever?  Crimson Tide - I can understand "school spirit" or whatever, but that crosses the line to crazy.

Cats or Dogs?  I grew up with cats, but my sister now has the cutest puppy EVER. I would take both.

Most embarassing thing you've done in front of your SO?  I think I probably did more embarassing stuff when we were younger but I can't remember.  We will just say the time I couldn't figure out why my car wouldn't move.  I called DH and was freaking out because I thought my car was broken.  His response was, "did you take the e-brake off?"  Mine, "ooooooh..."

Best thing about being a Military Wife, GF, FI, SO?  There a lot of good things but I think the best thing is the friends that I have made since getting married DH.  Especially, the close friends that have become like family.

Worst thing, other than distance?  There is a lot of politics.

Most embarassing thing you've done in front of your SO? What haven't I done in front of him? Probably dragged him to the room to do you-know-what, get completely naked and throw up until i fall asleep (right after I turned 21)

Best thing about being a Military Wife, GF, FI, SO? I'm so proud of him, even if he shrugs it off. I know it's not easy and not a job for everyone. He dedicates himself completely and it really pays off for him.

Worst thing, other than distance? You cannot plan a single thing, including a long weekend unless it's the weekend coming up when everything is already booked or crazy expensive. Just this month he found out he'd have a break between shiftwork and going to sea so we were going to fly to his hometown and I took the week off at work and his leave ended up being denied because they need him. Thankfully my manager worked me back into the schedule. I would have hated to waste one of my two weeks of vacation a year to sit at home.
