When I was growing up my parents would never let me carve a pumpkin.  They thought I would make a mess (I probably would have).  Here we go, my second ever attempts at pumpkin carving!



And now, for the Moto Pumpkin:


My "M" got kind of messed up, but I am beyond thrilled with the EGA...









I Loveee them!!  Anyone else carved pumpkins yet?

    Those are great!  Colored me jealous by your pumpking carving skills!  Mine always have really big eyes, small nose and messed up mouth.

    Awesome job! I love the EGA, and I'm completely jealous of your pumpkin carving skills. I haven't carved pumpkins in years, I seriously have zero artistic ability.

    Wowwwww I'm so impressed. I always end up with the wonky mouth too...H isn't really into holiday "chatch" which is why I need a house, so I can craft in private....we'll see if I end up with a pumpkin at all this year!!

    I haven't carved pumpkins in a few years.  Maybe I'll do one last horrah this year because it'll be my last year at home.  FI doesn't live on a street with much traffic or trick or treaters so it will be pointless to when I move in with him.

    amazing!! I saw you pinned those on pintrest but I didn't realize you carved them!! awesome!
    I haven't carved pumpkins yet.. waiting for H to get home so we can do it together (this weekend! ) I'm soo excited. I love carving pumpkins :) Will post pics when we do.

    I printed out a picture, taped it to the pumpkin, and then used a really big needle (like a specialty needle from Hobby Lobby) and just pin holed it.. I'm bummed out about the "M" being messed up, and since I'm more than slighly OCD about things, I might have to re-do it.. but for now, I'm trying to keep myself in check..

    If you still have the piece that broke off, just use a couple toothpicks to connect it back in.
