    Favorite thing about being in the military or having an SO in the military: How much it teaches you about yourself.  I've always known I was a very strong and independent person, but I just never knew how strong I could be.

    Wedding Date:  up in the air - probably Aug 3  13'

    Stationed At (or living): Currently at Lewis McCord but PCS (#2 while together) is in about 2 weeks to Rucker. I am going back for the PCS to help out but for work/school I moved back to new orleans i Feb and will "live" here until we get married.

    3 adjectives to describe yourself: Organized, creative, sarcastic

    3 adjectives to describe your SO: Outdorsey(?), silly, dedicated

    Favorite thing about being in the military or having an SO in the military: Block leave and someone that understand my work since I usually do a lot of military vehicle restoration.

    I Love My Man in Uniform!!! But more than that I love that I've become really independant, in the past I was super duper co-dependant, but that doesn't work with this lifestyle, so I've adapted and over come my issues for the sake of our marriage and it's made me a much stronger person.

     I'm in Alaska (He is getting stationed up here SOON!) :)

    Favorite thing about being in the military or having an SO in the military:I haven't experienced much of the military life yet, but I can say it's amazing seeing him so excited and so happy about what he does! He absolutely loves it and it's just awesome.    I'm so proud of him!  and I'm excited for the adventures that lie ahead of us!

    I love being able to move around, even though it doesn't look like FI and I will be getting to do that (to be fair I get my fair share of moving while my dad was in the Navy!)

    Favorite thing about being in the military or having an SO in the military: I think it's going to be being flexible. I had a lot of career goals that don't jive so well with a military life, so I'm really looking forward to the life ahead of us, whatever it may be, knowing it'll probably be better than anything I can imagine.

    Stationed At (or living): FI is stationed at Camp Pendleton. I live about 30 minutes North, but once we're married we'll be living in the Oceanside/San Clemente area. Still haven't decided. He just refuses to live on base.

    Favorite thing about being in the military or having an SO in the military: I love the people I meet. I feel like when I meet other SO's I have such quick connections with them versus meeting civilian girlfriends/wives. I also love shopping at the PX, haha.

    I am completely new to this, but I love that FI is doing what he loves, and is continuously reaching goals that he has had since he was a little boy. I'm sure more will come, but for now I love seeing the passion he has for the Army.

    Favorite thing about being in the military or having an SO in the military: Well, he JUST enrolled, and is going to school for the Army Dentist program, so I won't know fully how it will be for about 3 years from now... BUT, I can't wait for the traveling, for the pride of having a hubby serving our country, for the stability (moneywise), and for the army folk that I will get to bond with throughout the years.

    Favorite thing about being in the military or having an SO in the military: the opportunities they are giving us to "live the dream"  we are pcs'ing to italy in october.  how much more of a dream could it be to live in italy!
