Help me pick my new hair!

Ok, I am getting my hurr did tomorrow. I will be going back to funky looks, cause I can't live without them. Here is my inspiration:


   

Now, here's where I am stuck. Should I go dark with the base of the hair (not black like that 1st girl, but dark dark brown) OR, stick with my natural, med. brown (same as girl's 2 base color) with a darker, not AS crazy red.

Also, I am pretty sure I am doing the bangs in picture 2.

I like the one on the left but I always like darker.  When I had longer hair I dyed it darker primarily...except for the one time I went red.

Definitely darker, but I'm biased since I love my raven black hair :P

I would say the darker, but then again how fast does your hair grow? I wouldn't care for the regrowth with the red ends.

Crime, it would be a MUCH tamer red. Maybe more like a burgundy.
