    I hesitate to say yes, because I'm sure there's some extreme cases where it wouldn't work, but the concept is that you can do SOMETHING - it just depends on the blend of oils you use!  Certain oils are more hydrating, while some are better for naturally oily skin.  The castor oil is the same but you use more or less of it.
