January Siggy Pic Challenge

so, I was just thinking- perhaps this is a good time to start looking for ideas of siggy pics for January for our board? 

With Christmas the end of this week and New Years right behind it, this will give us some time to make suggestions/get a poll going to pick a theme. 

Suggestions anyone?

I think it'd be kind of cool to to the first picture of you and SO/FI/DH taken in 2012 (if you have one). If not, the first picture of you and SO/FI/DH together...? Not wanting to exclude any ladies who aren't going to be with their SO/FI/DH soon :/

Thoughts? suggestions?

    What about something like your favorite memory of 2011? You could spin it as a "out with the old and in with the new" kind of thing, maybe... Gah. I don't know. I hope somebody has a good idea out there! Where's Sami? She's come up with the last two!

    Okay, I have an idea


    New beginnings.   A picture of something that is new for you this past year, such as if you were married this past year a picture of that. If you got engaged a picture of that. A new job, or starting school, or ending school. 

    What do you ladies think?

    I was going to suggest something about a resolution, something you're looking forward to in the New Year, and Favorite wine/cocktail.. since we all really like wine!!

    I don't really have much to look forward to this new year. H is going on deployment and he'll most likely miss all the special days! I vote wine/cocktail, new beginnings, and first picture with SO in 2012 or ever!

    Also, how sad is it that I don't know what I'm looking forward to in the new year? Blah. I think I have the winter/school blues.

    I should be looking forward to H coming home.. but it's totally stressing me out.  Plus, I don't think I can even find the first picture of us ever.. I think it was on my iphone that was lost at sea.. literally.
