My H wore his uniform, and I did Black and Red.

Most everyone here will probably tell you that you don't HAVE to match... but since you like to match your socks to your whole outfit (lol) maybe grays and yellows? Red? What would you have wanted for your wedding colors if your FI wasn't wearing his dress blues?

BTW, welcome to the board! When are you getting married? BTW, I wasn't making fun of you for the socks thing, I thought it was cute

Lol no worried im just silly like that but ive always wanted to do red. and its in July outdoors so i dont know....I feel lost but then again i have a LOOOONG time to plan
Well ive been on the fence or weather i should coordinate or just do whatever colors i want but then either way i love how black and red look so it works

Yep, you're right.  But it's considered bad etiquette around here to delete a post once you've made it (it's called 'dirty delete'), espeically one starting a thread.  Just for future reference!

Haha that's awesome. I was actually kind of being a snot because girls keep asking that same obvious question. If you really want to match your FI's uniform, then look at his uniform. And what's more American than red, white, and blue?
