My younger sister is a new Marine and I'm planning her wedding for 07/04/13. Are there any traditions that I should think of incorporating?

    Does your sister and her FI want a military wedding? They don't have to incorporate anything military related if they don't want to.

    Is she enlisted or an officer?  There are some traditions, like the saber/sword arch that are rated for NCOs or Os.  Lower enlisted are not allowed to have them.  Other traditions can be unit or job specific.  There really aren't as many military wedding traditions as most people assume.

I really like the "love is trading in your perals for his dog tags" so sweet.  Since your sister is the Marine, I'm sure you could customize something special for her.
