Okay ladies, we've had 2 Vents/Rants Threads this week so I think it's time to do a lovefest.


Beach- I know you know I heart you but I want to make it TK official You've been very strong this deployment and I can't believe you made the bi-costal move on your own. I know mil.mov rocks but let's be honest moving SUCKS. You're my role model. You even added another fur baby to the mix which is always an adjustment. Keep your head up girl!

Stan: You rock at life, and I wish we could hang out IRL. I'm glad you are on the mend and if you need some reinforcement on friendly food let me know. ;-)

Kara: I love that you are volunteering your free time, I hope you are able to find something you love there We have to get together but we have to pick up another language so we can talk about the boys lol

CAB: I love that you are so helpful to all us girls that have no glue about face, make up and hair. I hope everything goes will with your H's dental/mil career.

Hike: I hope all is well. I really love your humor, you are great at being blunt but respectful. (But that may be because you were MOD lol)

Ggirl: I also love your humor, I feel like we have the same kind of humor which could be good or really bad lol.

Irish: You swear like me, randomly and unnecessarily and I fuucking LOVE IT!

This might sound mushy but I think it's really neat how all the regulars seem to care about eachother on here. I was thinking that the other day and despite my stress over my dog (while reading the post) even just that gave me some sort of relief. Speaking of...he had 4 more seizures so a total of 9 in two days but he hasn't had one since sunday now...knock on wood.

You guys keep me sane, in all seriousness. I've just kind of been learning as I go along about both the wedding stuff and the military/life stuff, and you have all helped me out immeasurably. Somehow it's really different to be missing FI when he's away but I'm in our house with our stuff, it's both better an worse, and I actually feel so much better knowing that there are people here who know what's up.

Sami-Your energy astounds me. You make me want to jump up and be in my own "We Can Do It" poster. Seriously, girl, you're awesome.

Cal-I like the cut of your jib. You have a lot of knowledge that you use for good in helping others and for laying the smack down on trolls/crazy people. I like it.

Hike- You were an awesome mod, like a really hip den mother. I mean that in the best way possible. I'm so happy you're sticking around here.

CAB-You remind me of friends of mine IRL, and I wish we could all go to a trivia night together and have a really awesome team name that I will come up with later. 

Sammy-I'm so glad that your pup is a bit better. I don't know you as well, but I think you're really strong, much more so than myself, and I really admire it.

Stan- You still intimidate me, a bit, but I think it's because I kind of see you as Wonder Woman. 

Mel- Local board? Who needs a stinkin' local board? Thank you, and let me know if there's anything you need info on. It's nice to have someone kind of know what/where I'm talking about.

Crown-Your Southern-isms make me miss home and my aunts, in the best possible way. 

Binx-You seem so level-headed, and I think of you whenever there are NCIS re-runs on that I'm watching.. And I love Mr. Binx, and his tongue (referring to your cat, not the man who could be referred to as Mr. Binx, that would be weird).

Amanda-Your epics make me want to get some, you guys look so amazing and in love.

Zims- I'm glad that you've stuck around. It seems like you've got your head on right.

Irish-You give great advice and profanity, I very much enjoy both.

Sammy - I dig you, and sometimes in my little evil heart I hope we end up on the same board for the same class because I think we could be great buds, but in reality, I'm really psyched for the MC to get you as an O ASAP.

Sami - I wish I was anything like you when I was younger, I really do.

Cal - You're the bomb. I hope YF gets stationed wherever we are.

Hikers - I really, really want good things for you, and I prayed for good things to be happening to you. It's because I like you and respect you a ton. Your opinions are always well articulated and I rarely even feel the need to do anything besides quote and THIS you, which I tend to feel is extraneous and silly, so I just don't post sometimes.

Shan - You always check in on me, and it's so sweet. I feel super blessed that we've been deployment buddies, and any time you need me, I'm here for ya!

CAB - We should have a GTG sometime! I always forget you're close to me. I'd be a little afraid to, because you're so put together, and I look like a dude 95.3% of the time (seriously, this is not a fishing expedition).

GG - I am major psyched for a possible GTG soon. I feel like you're going to be so hilarious. Let's go judge people in downtown Savannah!

Kara - See above for what I said to CAB. Samesies minus the you live close by since you don't. 

Irish - My GMEN buddy. Thank God for you. My MN people are all f*ing Cowboy fans.

Beach - I know you haven't liked MN as much, but I feel like you're such a great addition! You have so much knowledge. I'm so glad I begged you to visit over there.

Zims - You have a really cute fashion sense! I've seen some of your stuff on F&B, and you put stuff together well!

DMB - I like you! I'm sorry I'm intimidating. 

Anyone I forgot, I'm glad that you're all a part of this board. I used to fly through, correct any Marine Corps related insanity (white trousers in December?!) and quickly leave. It's nice that when I actually read, the insanity is rare!

Yay! I'm glad you guys are joining I'll get in on my breaks today- but I have a busy one ahead of me.

Shan-  I feel like you're my friend from high school or sister or something, not from online.  You always have such a positive attitude.  And anytime I post about something being rough or anything you surprise me with a text trying to cheer me up or give me support.  Your H needs to start requesting orders to Langley like yesterday!  

Stan- I love that you know exactly who you are and your opinions on things, and don't care what anyone else thinks.  Sometimes you just amaze me with the things you say on TN or FB because I have no idea what you're talking about but you know so much about it.  And I am definitely liking TN more now.  Sometimes I still feel like I'm unnoticed, but I can feel like that on E too and I've been on there for a long time.

Hike- I'm pissed that you left VA right when I got here.  Not cool at all.  I love how you and I have many similarities between our lives and I know you can generally have a good idea of what I'm going through or dealing with.  

Kara- I always forget that you are as young as you are, and that's probably the biggest compliment I could give you.  You truly are the exception to every stereotype there is to young brides/military brides, and that is awesome.  I also love that you don't take every comment about young brides personally or as an attack on you because you're smart enough to know that you're the exception.  Lunch/get together is happening soon.  It needs to.

Geeg- I think we would get along like we've been friends forever if we met IRL.  I'm very upset that we didn't know eachother when we were both in WNY, or found eachother on here at least before that.  I love that you're on here (and E) and get all my stories about our hometown or things pertaining to it. 

Irish- similar to Geeg I think we would get along great IRL.  You just don't get my WNY references.  But that's ok because you're still pretty awesome.

CAB- I think you were a great choice for Mod.  I mean clearly, I was the best  choice but the knot gods have a thing for swearing at people and yelling at them.  Haha JK, you really were the best choice out of everyone because you're very level headed and have a very welcoming personality.  Just don't ban me EVER!

Sami- I love your positivity and love for your job and clients.  You seem to truly love what you do and that is awesome.  And I just love you.  And yes I edited because I'm an ass.

Cal- I think it's awesome that you've started your designing company, and that you make stuff for people on here that they all love.  I'm sure all of your wedding stuff will rock!

Spiffy- You always seem to have a good attitude.  And even when you were surrounded by craziness (like on your month board) you seemed to be the voice of reason and being able to think independently, which is awesome.  That sounds creepy that I saw your month board, but I think it was from one of the E board invasions or something a long time ago.  Haha not a creeper!  

Sammy- I'm very happy that you've come back to the boards after forever.  I really hope that you (and Stan) get to accomplish everything you're hoping to and get picked up soon.  

I know there's lots more but I have old lady brain right now and it's all frazzled from trying to remember people.  So that's it for now.

I forgot some! Ggirl- you're hilarious! You make me laugh at threads I never thought I would laugh at! Stan- You posted a lot more when I was mainly a lurker but your military knowledge is admirable! And you're not afraid to say what you're thinking or voice unpopular opinions. Crown- You're always so cheerful! And I am happy that your H is home for a little while. Irish- You give really good advice on pretty much any topic! And you crack me up! I lurk more than I post so I've gotten to know you ladies more than you've gotten to know me but I hope to change that and start posting more. I really like this board and how much fun you ladies have here!

I don't think I can say just one thing about each of you so I am going to just give a BIG OLE Southern Shout out to everyone.  This year has been some what hard on me with getting married and then H deploying.  It is nice to have this place to come and vent if need be, laugh or answer funny questions.  Each of you have words of wisdom that have helped me at some point.

Hugs to everyone...even those who don't like hugs.  HAAA

I only have time to do a few but I do love you girls, and what each of you bring to the table.

SamiJ- You make me want to get back in touch with my inner southernisms. And cook more/decorate more. I love your Pin boards and I think IRL we would be good friends.

Fire - I can't freaking wait for your wedding and for you to get your skinny butt down here! Also, I can't wait for our GTG at the end of the month. It's nice having someone who gets me besides H. We have a TON of the same beliefs and it's nice not having to explain myself a hundred times.

Hike - Our puppy goes to bootcamp Friday so hopefully we can have a play date soon! Shes really bad right now. BUT - I think you're awesome. I love that you ask the hard questions when we talk serious stuff and you just want to get to the bottom of the thoughts/opinions - and even if you don't agree with them, you respect us for them.

CAB - you make me want to me more makeup smart. I love how you just dive into makeup and own it. I also love that your our new MOD.

All you virginia girls - make me miss home, sort of. Just certain things there that I really miss.

Irish - I really appreciate all of our past religion talks and all of the advice you gave me for our church ceremony.
