My dog Bear is very important to me and will be attending the ceremony he will be walking my maid of honor down the aisle   Lets see your furbabies!

OHHHH!! I just love dogs I have allergies so I can't have one, but your dog looks just so darn handsome!!! Hopefully none of your guests have allergies though!

Oh he is so adorable-I wish I could have had my parents' dog be my flower girl :) but she is not well-behaved and super hyper!

I am putting my dog, Noni into our wedding as well!

I am thinking of it like this:

1) Not only do I LOVE my dog and that I do really wish to share this day with her.

2) But we have no other way to check her into a doggie hotel for the day or have someone check up on her during the day and there is simply no way that I will keep her locked up in my apartment from 10am-10:30pm, that within itself I consider animal cruelty towards my baby!

Will things be a little hectic since I am adding a dog into the mix? Uh, yeah. She is an animal, new sights, new smells, new people, new territory to sniff out, of course she will be more then curious. However, I know my dog too and I know that as long as we have her on a leash at all times, she is properly cared for (i.e. water and food), proper potty breaks with any clean up afterwards if need be then it will be fine. That is why I have my mother, maid of honor, bride's maid, officiant (He is a personal friends of ours) and groomsmen to all help us out with, Noni. We can make time for her and other then that she basically keeps to herself. She is a social dog and I think she will enjoy the day as much as I am going to!

I LOVE that idea!!! My dog is my baby too! I would LOVE to have him a part of our wedding, but our venue won't allow it We're getting engagement pics done including him instead! Don't listen to everyone who thinks it's a bad idea, this is YOUR day and if your dog is special to you and it'll make your wedding that much more unique to you go for it! I applaud you for bieng unique!
