I met FI at a Halloween party with friends and I was super-trashed and apparently asked him if he was gay. And he was using the most obnoxious British accent pretending to be an 80s rocker named "Risk." We each thought we'd never see each other again, but through mutual friends we just kept seeing each other.

I'm a little p.o.'ed right now because he was supposed to make an appearance at this leaving party that they're throwing for a guy and then we were supposed to make a Sam's run and get food, but he's going out with the guys. I don't have a problem with going out, but we really need to grocery shop.

My best accomplishment, working for a summer during college for the Utah Opera in their wig/make-up dept. I was totally out of my comfort zone and it was awesome.

Favorite position: Haven't found one I hate, but I don't like being on top. This may be because I'm lazy.

Sorry but just got to give a slight vent. I was on facebook and a girl who's engaged to a Marine (he's not deployed and hasn't been and they see each other once a month or so) posted an article from a girl's blog saying military SOs are deserved something because we didn't sign up for the job and have to deal with separation and everything. I commented I don't think we're owed anything because they're doing the job, we're not. Kinda annoying because she's already acts like she's better than people bc her FI is in the Marines.

On a funny note we found out our kitten understands the word dinnertime. Everytime FI says it her ear closest to her food dish like turns to it if that makes sense lol

Irish- I lol'ed about your sad quesadilla. I too want to know what exactly made it "sad"

Biggest life accomplishment: for now, finishing my paramedic. Quite an undertaking- we actually do more clinical time and testing than nurses, so I'm hoping this makes finishing nursing school easier. haha. we'll see.

Biggest annoyance: bad grammar!!

Favorite position: We are waiting for marriage........seriously. It kinda sucks (okay, it sucks a lot).

How did we meet? eHarmony :) everyone wants to know if we will be on the commercial now. My answer? "I don't know, will they pay us?" haha.
Irish- I love your dress in the holiday pic in your siggy! :) And please, explain.  What made the quesadilla (said like they do in Napoleon Dynamite) sad?
Posted by spiffycoolbeans
Thanks!!! Victoria's Secret!! And it was sad because it consisted of 3 pieces of H's salami and a piece of cheddar cheese. And that's it.

I'm in a shitty mood. I was in a great mood for like 2 weeks and now the last 2 days. Crap!

Microsoft put out a new update for the dashboard and its annoying. We have to go redownload everything we had.

Should I have french toast or egg salad for dinner?
Military Brides December 2011 Siggy. Holiday picture with your SO. We suck and don't have one :/ Those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter.

Accomplishment: Moving to China with no one I knew and not speaking a word of the language and living there for 6 months.  After that, I felt like I could do anything!

Annoyances:  The fact that each of the 5 partners have a different theory on how to do my job, and they constantly contradict each other when they come to our office, and they're never here at the same time.  So it's frustrating as heck.  22.5 weeks...

Sex position:  What's it called - like missionary, but with my legs up on his shoulders?  Uh... it's fun, no matter what it's called!  One I currently don't like is me on top because our bed friggen sucks and for whatever reason, I tend to rock it more than he does and I'm always distracted and afraid it'll fall apart.  Haha!  TMI?

I have several proud accomplishments.
1. Graduating college (first in my family going all the way up to Grandparents)
2. Going to live in Ireland for 4 months - not knowing a soul, although unlike Cal I spoke the language.
3. Qualifying as expert with my pistol at the Police Academy.
4. Living on my own blah blah blah. lol

Annoyance- I have been getting EXTREMELY fatigue before my period. Effing get here already, I feel like I need a dose of energy and ASAP. I also made 6 dozen cookies for the Airmen in the dorms. My one type of cookies tast really bland and I'm semi- embarrassed to give them away but I don't have the fixings to make more.

ETA: I forgot to include How we met-- Highschool Pre-Algebra, we were math partners and planned my attack LoL

Hey Ladies!!

FI has a late night tonight, and I got bit by this darn bug - so I've been cleaning and organizing and baking all night. I'm starting to play around with fonts for the invite addresses tho and I'm looking online at shoes now :) Who says Wednesday nights can't be productive?!

Totally coming in late here -
Biggest life accomplishment- I really don't know what to put for this - maybe a TBD. I don't feel like I've completed my biggest life accomplishment yet.
biggest annoyance- crappy people and people who feel they constantly need to point out your flaws or how they're opinion is better.
favorite sex position- right now its a toss up between missionary and girl on top

How I meet FI - Arbys Drive Thru. NO JOKE. I worked there and FI and his friend came through, my friend and I were flirting - she liked the driver, I liked FI. So they were too shy to ask for our numbers and as they were getting ready to leave I popped out of the window, and told the driver that my friend wanted his number and I wanted his friends number. I texted FI 3 days later and the rest is history.

My favorite white is - Doulce France 2010 VouVray - found at total wine for $9.99
A really good red - Apothic Red like $12.99 at the NEX OR a Rex Gothan (it has a HUGE rooster on the front) Cab they make a pretty good Pinot Noir too. I've recently gotten into Malbecs lately. And Blue FIn (found at Trader Joes) has a great Pinot Noir and a good Petite Sirah

Sounds like a great plan to me! I think I'm the only one in JAX, Cali is sadly 5 hours from me. Is there anyone else around?! If so it'd be awesome to have a g2g!

Yes that I speak English, although I picked up some Gaelic while I was there. I will say they have some crazy slang that was basically learning another language and southern Irish speakers have such thick accents it's nearly impossible to know what they are saying. I lived in a house of EU students which was a blast, and one of my closest friends I met lived with the Rugby team. So I got the best of both worlds. :)

I'm a 9 hour drive from getting out of this state, which makes me feel trapped and suffocated.  AMH, we could totally pull off a weekend where we each drive 2.5 hours to meet in the middle?
