So, when we first started working with this venue, the coordinator let us know that she would give us all day to set up for the event. It was something they have mentioned every time we went in for a meeting. So, today in casual, minor detail chit chat over email, she slips in that they have an event in the barn (where we are getting married) that morning, until 2PM!!! So, all that stuff that we had planned to do that morning (set up flowers on site to have clean looking water, poms, etc.) will not be able to get done, especially since pictures are at freaking 2pm! I am going to lose my mind over this. I am so upset guys
FI is livid, he feels like they have our money now so they don't give a shiit about customer service now. I wrote her an email trying not to come off irrational or "bridezilla"ish, but also expressing our extreme concern for this situation. I am still waiting for a reply. I hope she fixes this somehow, cause this is really realllly messed up. /end rant.
